Sub-Regional Plan for Extended Rajasthan Sub-Region
District Bharatpur was added as a part of the Rajasthan Sub-Region to the National Capital Region in the year 2013. The NCRPB Act of 1985 mandated preparation of Sub-Regional Plans for all the sub-regions, these plans shall be prepared under the ambit of Notified Regional Plan with the same horizon year.
In line with the mandate, draft Sub-Regional Plan for Extended Rajasthan Sub-Region was approved by the National Capital Region Planning Board in its 38th Board meeting held in September 2019 and was accorded final approved by the Government of Rajasthan in February 2020.

Master Plan for Karauli Urban Area, 2033
Master Plan is a statutory document which guides the future land use planning of an urban area. Karauli Urban Area was notified by the Urban Development & Housing Department, Government of Rajasthan on 22nd June 2007. Subsequently, Master Plan for the Urban Area was prepared and notified by the department on 9th June 2015.

Zonal Development Plan of Chittorgarh City, 2025
Master Plans guide the overall vision of the city by framing broad planning policies & objectives. But, to inhibit development as per the vision, Zonal Plans are required. With this objective in mind, Government of Rajasthan started an ambitious project to prepare Zonal Development Plans for all cities and towns.
Our firm in partnership with PDCOR Limited has prepared Zonal Development Plan for Chittorgarh city.
Urban Development & Housing Department, Government of Rajasthan has notified a set of guidelines which should be followed while preparing Zonal Development Plans. These guidelines, therefore, form the basis of this plan.
At present, only two zones of the city are being planned. Final Draft is awaiting approval from UIT Chittorgarh.planning
Property Survey and Zonal Development Plan, Nagaur
Some cities and towns in Rajasthan are utilising the opportunity provided by Zonal Development Plans to take a step further. These cities have envisaged creation of detailed property level database with attributes such as building height, plot area, builtup area, type of landuse, name of commercial units, etc. This database, as planned, will help them in increasing efficiency of municipal service delivery and create a databank.
Nagaur is one such city which is implementing this idea with our help.

Housing for All Plan of Action (HFAPoA) for 10 Towns of Rajasthan was made under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Urban. Scope of Work included Assessment of present slum situation, slum mapping, socio economic survey of all slum pockets and formulation of various slum development options; Analysis of existing housing market (Shortage, gaps, Supply-Demand); Selection of beneficiaries under various verticals of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana; Costing and financial operating plan for each vertical under various phases; Preparation of implementation plan; Assisting the ULB's to prepare the tender document for construction.

Digital Eye: GIS-based Asset Mapping of Bundi Town
While the idea of Smart Cities was still nascent in India, a tier-4 town, Bundi (Rajasthan) in India planned and implemented a large digitisation exercise to map all the spatial features within municipal limits. Arguably, this project was conceived as a brain child of the then-Municipal Commissioner of Bundi to solve the woes of municipal administration in controlling encroachments and development of the town.

Smart Citizen Scheme for District Bikaner
Citizen empowerment and community mobilisation are two important strands for able administration. In absence of either, there is disconnect between citizens and the decision makers.
By way of adopting digital technology to mobilise masses and strengthen community participation in important social avenues, district administration Bikaner created a social scheme - "Smart Citizen Bikaner", where any person can volunteer for the betterment of society, wherein he shall be appreciated by the Collector for his contribution.
